Our Customer Experience Team will ensure your feedback is investigated and responded to promptly.

Best Western GB – important note about cancellation policies

Given the impact that the coronavirus situation has had on people’s travel patterns, we have encouraged our hotels in GB to exercise flexibility with regards to adherence to booking cancellation policies.  However, it is important to note that Best Western GB is a collection of independently owned and operated hotels, and each hotel will be the decision maker in this regards.   Any guest wishing to cancel or move a booking should contact the hotel directly.
