After nearly 25 years of cooking in some of the country's top hotel and restaurant kitchens I have learnt so much about food and wine. I have some of the best local suppliers in Lancashire with many of them delivering 7 days a week. I am only one person in this team, without the hard work and dedication from the kitchen and restaurant team none of this would be possible. Our cosy wood-panelled Lounge Bar provides a peaceful and comfortable spot to sit and relax with a drink or light bite. Barton Manor Hotel is just 2 miles from junction 32 of the M6 motorway and has ample free onsite parking. Our workspaces can cater for everything from a one-to-one interview to a large conference in the Barton Suite for up to 300 delegates theatre-style. This room can be used as one big room or divided into four smaller soundproofed rooms. It has a surround sound system, built-in screens and projection equipment. Our smaller Meeting Rooms are ideal for boardroom-style meetings. All our conference rooms are bright and airy, with audio-visual systems.
